We care about Sustainability

Sustainability is very important to us. 

We work sustainably, i.e. we do not recommend anything to you that we do not consider useful. Our results are not quick fixes, but well-founded and reliable. We take a critical view of the development of market research in some areas; not everything can be answered on the fly, sometimes a mix of methods makes sense and not everything can be done online.

For us, sustainability also means handling data with particular care. Data always offers room for interpretation and, especially in the qualitative field, the scope for interpretation can be large. To keep the bias as low as possible, a neutral stance is absolutely key for us. That's why we are market researchers. 

In the age of AI, we value more than just the spoken word in qualitative interviews. With quantitative data, we know what statistics mean and when something can or cannot considered significant, representative, etc. To understand data, we handle it carefully and even when we work efficiently, we do not deliver hasty data.

Of course, sustainability also means taking care of the environment. We always consider our actions in terms of sustainability, i.e. green electricity, no domestic air travel, donations to environmental projects, etc. 

And last but not least, we believe in equality and diversity.
